My Time To Babysit

So it is no secret that in the Gabrielsen household, we take turns babysitting. On my week off, I usually help out. Momma G went to get a plantars wart removed and sister\aunt Denae showed up as the babysitter. These pictures depict the type of babysitting experience that was had by all!

Soccer is my Game, Cavanaugh the Name

Jake Cavanaugh and Denae Gabrielsen who were married on June 2, 2007, met while both were playing soccer for Alta High School. The story goes that they met when he plunked himself down on her lap while they were attending a joint practice session.

Both had played and enjoyed soccer since they were very young. They dated off and on while attending high school. Jake left on a mission to Peru while Denae finish her nursing degree and then came back to start on BYU's soccer team. Jake was at the airport when Denae returned from her mission to Bolivia. Jake is finishing up his degree at BYU and works part-time at Capital while Denae takes care of sick babies in a hospital in Orem. Denae was seriously injured at a couples' game in early September and has been down with foot and ankle problems.
