Winter Scenes

A December snowstorm that dumped 4 inches in a couple of hours.

Ben making snow angels

How much snow we have now and have had for 3 weeks.

Somewhere is this snowbank is my cell phone.

As the thermometer dips into the single digits for the high in Idaho Falls, I have to remind myself how beautiful winter wonderlands can be. This winter has been the snowiest and coldest. We've had a foot of snow since December 24 and I don't think it's going to melt soon. Because I'm not a winter-sport person, I have a tendency to complain about the drab winter days, but then I remind myself of the holidays, the fireplace, and time spent indoors with my family playing games, eating popcorn, watching movies, and how good hot chocolate tastes and feels after being outside for awhile.

Todd and his family know how to enjoy the snow!

A winter from the past.

Laine was baptized on November 24 by her father, Todd and confirmed by her oldest brother Reed. Here are some of the pictures from this fun occasion.

Grandma can't Edit

I can't figure out how to add more pictures so I'll do it this way until Diane is in town to give me and others a lesson.

Lance Turns Sixteen

That's right. Time for group dating and night driving. Utah law says that he will have to drive with an adult over 21 for the next six months then. (Todd, is your insurance up to date?)

Lance attends Olympus High School now as a sophomore. He is very creative and in addition to playing the violin in a couple of orchestra, Lance enjoys making "things" and outdoor activities.

He prefered a pie rather than cake to celebrate.

Here is how he feels about kissing girls.

Climbling to the top of the Horn

This mountain is over 13,000 feet and located in the Wastach front. What mountain did Reed, Lance, and Todd climb?
